What does patient access offer?

- Find available routine doctor appointment slots

- Book or cancel appointments (max 1 appointment for yourself only)

- View appointments you have upcoming

- View your repeat medications

- Order your repeat medications

- View any allergies

- View your demographic data

How to register?

To access our online service, you must first complete a registration process. This is to ensure the privacy and security of your medial information. To register:

Complete the form found below or collect a form from our reception areas. Bring your completed form into our reception team in person with valid photo ID. Once your account is activated, you will receive your PIN and instructions on how to log in securely. Once registered please follow the below link.
