Zero Tolerance Policy

At Cleveland Clinic, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all our staff and patients. To ensure the highest standards of care and safety are met, we enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy for any form of inappropriate behaviour.

We take all incident seriously and any abusive, threatening, or violent behaviour towards our staff or other patient's will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the practice lists. The following behaviour shall not be tolerated towards our staff members:

- Violence

- Physical Assault

- Threatening behaviour

-Strong Language

- Aggression

- Bad debt
